The idea of Wild Again was born in the summer of 2004 in the quest for
natural lip balms. We weren't satisfied with the
mainstream products, loaded with alcohol and petroleum
(neither of which are good for your lips!). We set out
to create a product that was actually good for you, but
doing it in a way that's low impact, environmentally
speaking.
Which brings us to Wild Again - awesome products, made by
hand from start to finish, and very low manufacturing
overhead (aka garbage).
Our lip balm has been tested (on
people) in all seasons, and in all conditions - skiing in
the bitter cold of the North East and Canada, on the beaches
of Florida, we've even tested our lip balm in the Austrian Alps! We
intend to continually improve our products, and expand our
offerings of natural products.
Purchasing and Security
Wild Again does not collect, or have any
knowledge of credit card numbers that are used to purchase
items presented on this site. Our transactions are processed exclusively by Paypal
and therefore card information is not known to Wild Again. If you have any concerns about purchasing online, please feel free to contact us
by telephone or mail and we will be happy to extend any online offers to you!
We are required to collect 8% sales tax from residents of
New York State. Wholesale accounts are tax exempt with
a valid Tax ID number.
Shipping
1/1/2007 Shipping rates are as follows:
$1 shipping charge for orders up to $9.99
Free shipping for orders over $10.
We typically charge as close to actual shipping as possible, and
we avoid handling charges. We reserve the right to charge
more or less than actual shipping, or add a handling charge,
only after notifying the customer of such changes. For larger orders, we encourage you to contact us via email or phone to get the best shipping deal possible. Orders are
typically shipped within 24 hours (unless it's a
holiday and USPS is closed).
We currently ship to US and Canadian addresses only.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we normally cannot accept returns.

Wild Again collects personal information about it's
customers for it's own internal use ONLY! Unless the
police request your info, we do not
share any identifying information with any outside entity
for money or any other reason. If the police are
requesting your info, you're probably not buying lip
